Some Pharisees approached him, and tested him, saying, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any cause whatever?"
He said in reply, "Have you not read that from the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female'
and said, 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'?
So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, no human being must separate."
They said to him, "Then why did Moses command that the man give the woman a bill of divorce and dismiss (her)?"
He said to them, "Because of the hardness of your hearts Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so.
I say to you, whoever divorces his wife (unless the marriage is unlawful) and marries another commits adultery."
(His) disciples said to him, "If that is the case of a man with his wife, it is better not to marry."
He answered, "Not all can accept (this) word, but only those to whom that is granted.
Some are incapable of marriage because they were born so; some, because they were made so by others; some, because they have renounced marriage for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Whoever can accept this ought to accept it."

Be a friend; true friendship is a priceless gift. Always listen with your heart; you must listen to a person before you can attemp to help them in any way, so always listen wholeheartedly. Reachout to those in need, even if you aren't quite sure what it is that they need from you. Realize that miracles are not misterious or impossible to achieve. A miracle is the small thing you do that makes a big difference in someone else's life. Remind someone that life is precious and worth living, eventhough their world seems hopeless and dark. Know that feeling is the key to understanding. You must have some idea of how the other person feels before you can begin to understand them. Keep the spirit of the holidays with you all year lon. Dont pack away your good will along with the ornaments after the holidays. Be honest in loving and caring about someone; sincere compassion is the best kind to give, and honesty is angelic. Dont expect to sprout wings; instead be satisfied with the warm flutter of accomplishment. Listen to your intuition; it won't fail you in times of doubt. Most of all, encourage more people to do all of the above, through your own "Shining Example".

SFCM seminar

One of the sponsoring class of SFCM seminar came from SDW. Tita Winnie Marquez.[It's me]. Truly that in serving God there's so many hindrances that will come your way. In my own experience, I wasn't able to attend the first day of the seminar because of the bad weather we had. I never feel comfortable that day, my mind is in the seminar, wandering how the sponsoring is going on. The next day, Sunday i told my self whatever happens I'll go and serve God and his people. Serving God makes me feel so light and so happy. This is my only way of giving back To God what he did for me and for giving me a chance to be with him again.I hope that this simple sharing may inspire you guys out there. serve God for his Glory! Remember, serving God is a big privilege... so grab it!!
